In what's become a running theme this season, the Covenant Christian Cougars gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 64-43 margin over Allen Academy. The win was nothing new for Covenant Christian as they're now sitting on six straight.
It was another big night for Alani Owens, who almost dropped a triple-double on 25 points, nine assists, and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last four games she's played. Keeley Chaddick was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Covenant Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-12 record this season. As for Allen Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.
Covenant Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Allen Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
