Columbus HomeSchool's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaden Greenlee, who scored 26 points along with nine assists and four steals. Greenlee has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last six times he's played. Nat Farnsley was another key contributor, scoring 26 points along with six rebounds.
Living Water Homeschool dropped their record down to 14-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Columbus HomeSchool, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Living Water Homeschool will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Emmanuel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. As for Columbus HomeSchool, they will head out on the road to square off against Anderson HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Anderson HomeSchool knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matchups -- so hopefully Columbus HomeSchool likes a good challenge.
