It was another big night for Wilson, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 15 rebounds. Wilson is absolutely dominating the point category: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Ellie Linx, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Christian Academy of Knoxville came up short against King's Academy last Friday and fell 54-45. Christian Academy of Knoxville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The victory got Lakeway Christian Academy back to even at 9-9. As for Christian Academy of Knoxville, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7.
Lakeway Christian Academy was dealt a bruising 65-12 defeat at the hands of Christian Academy of Knoxville when the teams last played back in December of 2023. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Braden, who scored 25 points along with eight steals and six assists.
