There's no place like home for the Guajome Park Academy Frogs, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against Classical Academy by a score of 52-43 on Tuesday. The win was just what Guajome Park Academy needed coming off of a 66-17 loss in their prior match.
Classical Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Issac Davis, who scored 16 points. Davis scored a full 37.2% of Classical Academy's points, the 11th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jasper Kim was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Guajome Park Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Classical Academy, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
Guajome Park Academy will head out on the road to face off against Coastal Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Classical Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Army-Navy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
