Saint James extended their winning streak to three on Wednesday, bumping them up to 3-0. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 62-60 win over the Chapelgate Christian Academy Yellowjackets. The score was all tied up 33-33 at the break, but the Saints were the better team in the second half.

As for Chapelgate Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since February 7th.

Chapelgate Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Paul Ayivor, who shot 55% from the field on his way to 16 points. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Davis, who posted 11 points and three steals.
