After losing to Big Rapids the last time they met, Sacred Heart Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Irish put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 12-2 victory on Saturday. Considering the Irish have won nine matchups by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Sacred Heart Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Big Rapids, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8-1.

Coincidentally, Sacred Heart Academy and Big Rapids will both be playing Cedar Springs the next time they take the field. The Cardinals will host the Red Hawks at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Irish will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
