The Pittsfield Generals will head out to  square off against the South Hadley Tigers  at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Pittsfield will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.
Pittsfield's offense will try to repeat the strong performance it gave  on Wednesday, when they got past Frontier Regional's usually-dominant defense. Pittsfield walked away with  a   73-64  win over Frontier Regional.

 Pittsfield got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Harolyn Castillo out in front who  dropped  a double-double with 18 points and ten  boards. Castillo is also on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in each of the last six games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Madison Stetz, who  went 5-for-9  on her way to 15  points and seven  rebounds.
 Meanwhile, South Hadley got the win against Hampshire Regional  last Friday by a conclusive  64-39. The  win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won seven in a row.
 Pittsfield pushed their record up to 19-1 with the  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.2 points. As for South Hadley, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.
 Pittsfield came up short against South Hadley in their previous meeting  back in February of 2024, falling  48-40. Can Pittsfield avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
