 Frostproof took Haines City into a fifth set  where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 17-25, 25-27,  15-13.
 Haines City's defeat  ended  a  three-match streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 7-7. As for Frostproof, their victory bumped their record up to 14-6.
