After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Evadale, Good Samaritan HomeSchool was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Legacy Christian Academy Lions 26-1. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Kinley Fife was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
