Everything went Timmonsville's way against Marion on Friday as they made off with a 29-6 victory. Timmonsville were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win bumped Timmonsville's record up to 2-1. Marion are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Timmonsville will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Scott's Branch in two weeks at 7:30 PM. As for Marion, they will face off against Lake View.
