Port Charlotte took down South Fort Myers on Thursday, a win that might not have happened without Logan Flaherty's effort. Flaherty threw for 274 yards and one TD, and also rushed for 47 yards. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2024.

Flaherty and Port Charlotte will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on the 10th. The matchup will pit Flaherty up against the Tigers' star QB BRANDON SEABROOK. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the field.
