Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anoka). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 77-48 victory over the Coon Rapids Cardinals. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Anoka has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.2 points per game. As for Coon Rapids, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Anoka will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Providence Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Coon Rapids will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Washburn at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th.
