DeSales had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Sunnyside Christian Knights. Considering the Irish have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

DeSales pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.4 runs over those games. As for Sunnyside Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-7.
