The Olentangy Braves will look to defend their home court  on Friday against the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS at 7:30  p.m. Both teams come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Olentangy stacked  a  ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Olentangy Berlin 80-51 on the road. Olentangy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Olentangy's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Sydney Mobley, who  scored 19 points along with eight  rebounds. Mobley has been hot recently, having posted eight or more  rebounds the last five times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Meryl Kolath, who  went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 1 assist.
 Meanwhile, Thomas Worthington slipped by Dublin Jerome  44-43 on Tuesday. The  win was all the more spectacular given Thomas Worthington's disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings  (they are ranked 224th, while Dublin Jerome is ranked 73rd).
 Olentangy pushed their record up to 16-1 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road. As for Thomas Worthington, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
 Everything came up roses for Olentangy against Thomas Worthington in their previous matchup  back in December of 2023 as the  team secured a  71-22 win. Does  Olentangy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Thomas Worthington turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
