That double marked the first that Ramos has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Alexis Kiedrowski, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
Racine Lutheran kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, while St. Catherine's put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for St. Joseph. The Angels were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Lancers. The match marked the Angels' most dominant win of the season so far.
Annika Munoz made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over four innings pitched. Munoz was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.

The victory made it two in a row for St. Catherine's and bumps their season record up to 3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Racine Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
St. Catherine's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Racine Lutheran has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 12.2 hits per game. It's a different story for St. Catherine's, though, as they've been averaging 9 hits. Given Racine Lutheran's sizable advantage in that area, the Angels will need to find a way to close that gap.
