The Tamarac Bengals just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Cambridge N/A at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. Tamarac has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 8.
Tamarac pushed their score all the way to 60 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Glens Falls 64-60.
Meanwhile, Cambridge scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 60-40 margin over Tamarac. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Cambridge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashley Moses, who scored 16 points along with two steals. Moses hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Claire Toleman, who scored 15 points along with two steals.
Tamarac has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Cambridge, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.
Tamarac might still be hurting after the 60-40 loss they got from Cambridge when the teams last played on Monday. Can Tamarac avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
