Perkins always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .611. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Edison only posted an OBP of .457.
Perkins' win bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Edison, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-6.
