Fillmore is 8-2 when  Hillman posts two or  more  runs, but 6-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was  Damon Potter, who  went 2-for-4 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.
 Fillmore was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .447. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Keshequa only posted a  batting average of  .276.
Fillmore pushed their record up to 14-9 with the  victory, which was their fourth straight  on the road. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Keshequa, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.
