 In other batting news,  Madeline Ganey and  Angela Williams did most of the damage at the plate:  Ganey  scored a  run while going 3-for-5, while  Williams  went 2-for-5 with a  home run. Another player making a difference was  Emma Yates, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 St. Dominic  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with ten  strikeouts. That's the most  strikeouts they've posted since back in September of 2023.
 St. Dominic's win was  their seventh straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 21-6. As for Mexico, they now  have a losing record at 15-16.
