Lawrence's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alex Gardner, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. It was the first time this season that Gardner scored 15 or more points. Ben McCaw was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight rebounds and six assists.
