After flying high against the Spanaway Lake Sentinels last Tuesday, the Silas Rams came back down to earth. Silas took a serious blow against Lincoln on Thursday, falling 60-15. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Silas has scored all season.
Emerie Kennedy was Silas' leading scorer, having posted ten points.
Kylie Duesterbeck took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with three assists.
Silas' loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Lincoln, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.
Silas will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Tahoma at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Tahoma is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Lincoln, they will head out on the road to take on Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lakes is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
