Green County (Greensburg, Ky.), 25-8.
After taking the lead on a
Jj Jones touchdown run in the second quarter, the Panthers were up 15-8 at the half.
Frankfort expanded its lead to 10 points entering the fourth quarter. FHS scored once in the quarter on a field goal by
Bailey Spade.
Green County's lone touchdown came on a 25-yard run in the first quarter.
The victory was a step in the right direction for the Panthers, who were coming off a 21-7 defeat at the hands of Bullitt East in its previous game. The loss comes after Green County defeated Washington County 48-0 last week.
