Ballard Memorial had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They crushed South Fulton 50-12. After losing to South Fulton the last time they met, Ballard Memorial decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play.
Ballard Memorial's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 21 points in the first half. South Fulton came up with 12 to put the score at 21-12. The offense continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 29 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving Ballard Memorial a 1-0 record and starting South Fulton off at 0-1.
