Kelly Catholic lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Woodville, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's game. The Bulldogs blew past the Eagles 14-2 on Saturday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The victory (which was Kelly Catholic's third in a row) raised their record to 10-5-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Woodville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Kelly Catholic will challenge Westlake at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodville, they will square off against Big Sandy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
