Lapel had won four straight road games dating back to last season and Laniah Wills did her part to make it five on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Oak Hill Golden Eagles by a score of 52-45 with plenty of help from Wills, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Lapel's points.

Oak Hill lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brianna Dailey, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten boards. Morgan Cates was another key player, putting up eight points and five rebounds.

Lapel's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Oak Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Lapel will square off against Frankton at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oak Hill, they will challenge Northfield at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
