Tekoa-Rosalia have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they will take on Columbia at 7:00 PM. Tekoa-Rosalia are cruising in on a six-game winning streak while Columbia are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.
Tekoa-Rosalia put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season two weeks ago. They were fully in charge, breezing past Cusick 68-8.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Columbia lost to Selkirk last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-44. The state rankings had actually given Columbia a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Tekoa-Rosalia's victory lifted them to 6-1 while Columbia's loss dropped them down to 2-6. We'll find out if Tekoa-Rosalia can add another positive mark to their record or if Columbia can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Tekoa-Rosalia's step.
