The Eastern Hancock Royals stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They breezed by Tri at home to the tune of 65-38. Winning may never get old, but Eastern Hancock sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Eastern Hancock's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ruby White led the charge by scoring 18 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was McKenzie Koch, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds.
Eastern Hancock pushed their record up to 21-1 with that win, which was their 21st straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.9 points. As for Tri, their loss ended a 22-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-3.
Eastern Hancock will take on Triton Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tri, they will face off against Randolph Southern at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Randolph Southern is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
