Meanwhile, Blanchester came up short against Georgetown on Monday and fell 49-42. Blanchester has not had much luck with Georgetown recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Blanchester, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.
Clermont Northeastern took their win against Blanchester in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 49-24.
