West Ottawa had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Covenant Christian Chargers by a score of 7-4 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

West Ottawa got a big performance out of Dylan Vruggink, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. Caleb Montgomery was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

West Ottawa's win bumped their record up to 20-14. As for Covenant Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-19.
