Cam McCroskey and Tristan Shupe made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, McCroskey struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Shupe tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the most strikeouts McCroskey has posted since back in March of 2025.
