The Brandywine Bobcats will take on the Eastern Quakers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Eastern took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Brandywine, who comes in off a win.
 Having struggled with six  defeats in a row, Brandywine finally turned things around against Benton Harbor  on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp  40-20 victory. The Bobcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
  Carter Sobecki was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 155 yards and four touchdowns. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  rushing yards.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Brandywine's defense and their three sacks.  Kaden Santana was especially locked on to Benton Harbor's QB and sacked him twice. Brandywine got some further help from  Kaeden Warfield: he picked up  a  sack, forced two fumbles,  and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 Meanwhile, Eastern was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They had to suffer through a   52-16 loss at the hands of Williamston.
 Brandywine's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Eastern, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-6.
