Everything came up roses for Calvary Chapel Christian against Mountain View Christian on Friday as the team secured a 59-6 win. Calvary Chapel Christian were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The victory bumped Calvary Chapel Christian's record up to 3-0. Mountain View Christian are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Calvary Chapel Christian take on Trinity Classical Academy at Fillmore High School at 7:00 PM. Calvary Chapel Christian will be strutting in after a win while Trinity Classical Academy will be stumbling in from a loss. Mountain View Christian looks to establish their home field advantage as they take on The Meadows School at 1:00 PM. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
