There's no place like home for Maplewood, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road  last Saturday. They were the clear victor by  a  12-4 margin over the Mathews Mustangs on Monday. At the plate,  Logan  scored three  runs while going 2-for-4, while  Webster  went 2-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Marshall Eloph and  Gavin Clower did most of the damage at the plate:  Eloph  scored two  runs while going 3-for-4, while  Clower  scored a  run while going 3-for-3.  Gabe Erwin was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Maplewood's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mathews, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
 Maplewood will head out on the road to  square off against  Windham at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Maplewood will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last. As for Mathews, they will be playing at home against Heartland Christian at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
