Meanwhile, Arvada played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by D'Evelyn and fell 41-12. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Jaguars: they've now lost eight in a row.

Arvada's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Brush, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Friday's game might be decided in the trenches. Brush has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 344.8 rushing yards per game. It's a different story for Arvada, though, as they've been averaging only 6 rushing yards. How will they fare against such a dominant running game?
