The Stockton Christian Eagles had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 56.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 53-40 victory over Delta Charter. For Stockton Christian, this counts as revenge for the 65-42 defeat Delta Charter walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Jayden Chamblee was his usual excellent self, scoring 16 points. Chris Williams was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Stockton Christian has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Delta Charter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stockton Christian will challenge Quarry Lane at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Delta Charter, they will head out on the road to square off against Don Pedro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
