Baseball Recap: Mcneil Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

While McNeil's win against Hutto wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mavericks had just enough and edged out the Hippos 7-5. The victory was nothing new for the Mavericks as they're now sitting on four straight.

Xander Covar was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI. Ryan Martin was another key player, earning two runs and two stolen bases.

McNeil's win bumped their record up to 14-10-2. As for Hutto, they dropped their record down to 9-20 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.

As of now, neither McNeil nor the Hippos have any future games scheduled.
