Volleyball Recap: Clear Spring Extends Winning Streak to Six

Clear Spring had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They skirted past the Patterson Mill Huskies 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Blazers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Leading Clear Spring to victory were Malea Shingleton and Callie Hose. Shingleton had 60 assists and 12 digs, while Hose had 26 digs and four aces. Shingleton has been hot, having posted 26 or more assists the last seven times she's played.

Clear Spring's victory bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Patterson Mill, with the defeat, they broke their eight-match winning streak and moved their record to 17-4-2.

As of now, neither Clear Spring nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
