As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jiron has scored all season. Jesus Madril was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Lake City Community's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 59-19 defeat at the hands of Antonito. Lake City Community was down 44-17 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Antonito's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Lake City Community, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-3.
Everything came up roses for Antonito against the 14ers when the teams last played on Monday as the team secured a 59-19 victory.
