After two games on the road, Flat Rock is heading back home. They will take on the River Rouge Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Tuesday, Flat Rock humbled Erie-Mason with a 64-31 victory. With that victory, Flat Rock brought their scoring average up to 53 points per game.
Flat Rock found their leader in underclassman Cyrus Goins, who scored 19 points along with 3 steals. Graham Junge was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Meanwhile, River Rouge earned a 63-55 win over East Kentwood on Saturday.
Flat Rock's victory bumped their season record to 3-0 while Erie-Mason's defeat dropped theirs to 0-2.
