Trinity had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They put the hurt on the Ellinwood Eagles with a sharp 26-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Celtics also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Ellinwood, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will face off against Medicine Lodge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ellinwood, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Conway Springs at 7:00 p.m. The Eagles are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
