Pulaski County extended their winning streak to five on Monday, bumping their season record up to 12-7 in the process. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Christiansburg Blue Demons. 13 seems to be a good number for the Cougars as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Addison Puckett was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits.
