In other batting news, Fort Lupton got a massive performance out of Andrew Dreiling, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those three hits gave Dreiling a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Josiah Gonzales, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
Fort Lupton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jefferson only posted a batting average of .188.
