Conestoga Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Josh Boutaugh out in front who scored 33 points along with seven assists and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Boutaugh has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Paul Hurst, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds.
Conestoga Christian is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Varsity Opponent, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 363-1302-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Conestoga Christian will face off against the Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Mount Calvary Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Saturday.
