Edwards has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Riley Sudbrook, who went 2-for-4 with four stolen bases and three runs. Alaina Hirliman also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
