On Monday, Dwight came up short against Seneca and fell 39-26. Dwight has struggled against Seneca recently, as their game on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Dwight saw an underclassman step up: Ryan Bean scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Lexington's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell 51-39 to LeRoy.
Dwight now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Lexington, their defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-8.
Dwight came up short against Lexington in their previous meeting back in February, falling 42-34. Can Dwight avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
