Basketball Recap: Jordan Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Jordan entered their tilt with Murray on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 52-41 victory over the Spartans. That's more bragging rights for the Beetdiggers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Spartans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brooklyn Richter, who posted nine points. Another player making a difference was Addison Allen, who put up 17 points.

Jordan's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Murray, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Jordan is set to face off against their familiar foe Cottonwood at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Murray will challenge rival Juan Diego Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
