The Enderlin Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 81-38 loss at the hands of Sargent County. While losing is never fun, Enderlin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 120th, while Sargent County is ranked 31st).
Despite the loss, Enderlin still got an impressive performance from Ayden Glarum, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
Enderlin's defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Sargent County, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.
Enderlin will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Ellendale at 7:00 p.m. As for Sargent County, they will head out on the road to face off against Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
