Having just played yesterday, the Jumpertown Cardinals will jump right back in to play the Chiles Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Jumpertown is hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
On Thursday, Jumpertown had to suffer through a rough 68-31 loss at the hands of North Bay Haven Academy. Jumpertown was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-19.
Meanwhile, Chiles pushed their score all the way to 73 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 77-73 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lighthouse Private Christian Academy. Despite running the score up even higher than they did last Wednesday (61), Chiles still had to take the loss.
Jumpertown has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Chiles, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
