Quaker Valley's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sto-Rox Vikings a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Quakers have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Oscar Roig was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and three runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March. Cameron Neal also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Quaker Valley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Quaker Valley's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6-1. As for Sto-Rox, their defeat was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-12.

Quaker Valley will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Vikings: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
