There's no place like home for the East Windsor Panthers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past Rockville 45-16 at home on Friday. With East Windsor ahead 26-5 at the half, the game was all but over already.
East Windsor was led to victory by Nohely Santana and Bailey Winner. Santana dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds, while Winner almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds. Santana is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 11 or more in the last ten games she's played.
East Windsor's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Rockville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
East Windsor will be playing in front of their home fans against Classical Magnet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully East Windsor focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Friday. As for Rockville, they will head out on the road to take on Canton at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Rockville is facing Canton at the right time seeing as Canton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
